Our 60-minute fitness classes are inspired by conditioning elements of Rhythmic Gymnastics, Pilates, Russian Ballet, Dance and Yoga to sculp your entire body like a dancer with long slender lines, a strong core and healthy flexibility.

The class concept is to create a positive, fun, community base training environment to encourage greater participation, motivation, good habits, and social interaction to get into great shape and develop new friendships.

Fitness & Dance Class Schedule

One-On-One Pilates Reformer
Trains the body as an integrated whole, focusing on core, lower body, and upper body strength as well as flexibility and posture.

We developed a Vaganova inspired Ballet Class on a Pilates Reformer Machine specially designed for Ballet Dancers, Rhythmic and Artistic Gymnast, Figure Skaters and other competitive athletes (available for ages 8 and up). Our professional trained ballet teachers will work one-on-one with the student using specific repetitive ballet movements with Pilates Machine resistant tension, to increases muscle endurance and strengthen the core, improve flexibility, expands muscular control of back and limbs, improve stabilization of the spine, and balance the muscle strength on both sides of the body.

Our system trains the body as an integrated whole, including the breath and mind to provide a level of integrative fitness and muscle conditioning that is hard to find elsewhere.

Private classes are offered Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and on weekends by appointment. Please call us 818 582-3429 or schedule your session though our Member Portal. We offer 60-minute classes, available for individual or package discounts for 10 classes.

Belly Dance Cardio Intensive

Want to get in Shape? Gain Confidence, Muscle Toning, Coordination, Rhythm and Weight Loss!!! Urban Fusion Belly Dance Intensive is where traditional Belly Dance styles (Egyptian/Arabic and more) meets Urban Dance styles and combines elements of (Hip/hop, African, and Dancehall/Reggae and more) style dances. Get a great Cardio Workout and Relief Stress at this fun, high pace 60-minute class. You will also get a chance to meet amazing new friends.

Bollywood Cardio Fitness

Light up your Monday nights with a high-energy, feel-good workout set to the best of Bollywood! This class blends upbeat choreography with cardio, toning, and plenty of smiles—no dance experience needed. You’ll sweat, groove, and leave buzzing with endorphins.

Indian Classical Dance

Discover Odissi, one of India’s eight recognized classical dance forms, born in the temples of Odisha. Known for its lyrical grace, sculptural lines, and devotional heart, Odissi blends precise technique with expressive storytelling through mudras (hand gestures), facial expression, rhythm, and elegant body language.

Hip Hop Cardio Fitness

Start your day with a high-energy, music-driven workout that blends easy-to-follow hip hop moves with cardio intervals. Expect sweat, smiles, and serious endorphins—no dance experience required. Every class features clear breakdowns, low- and high-impact options, and a fresh playlist to keep you motivated from warm-up to final groove.

Come for the beats, stay for the burn—see you every Tuesday and Friday at 10 AM!

Adult Hip Hop

Turn up your mid-week with a high-energy hip hop class built just for adults. In 60 upbeat minutes, you’ll learn musicality, grooves, and a fresh combo that blends foundations with today’s choreography style. Expect a supportive vibe, clear breakdowns, and options to level up or keep it chill—no pressure, just great music and movement.

Perfect for: Adult beginners through open-level dancers looking to sweat, vibe, and build confidence.

Ballet Conditioning - ESSENTRICS®

This 60-minute class is to focus on having a healthy mindset. This is a vital class that helps with physical and mental health. While also being reported to be good for your lungs, posture, oxygen intake, and blood pressure.

Stretching & Conditioning

A stretching class inspired by rhythmic gymnastics, ballet, and contortion. This low impact 55 minute class will increase your mobility and overall flexibility. Learn the basics like the splits or the bridge or continue to tone in your skills and dive deeper into stretching. Whether you’re looking to decrease joint pain, increase sports performance, or to simply develop of sense of mental and physical flexibility, come join us for a big stretch.
