Our 60-minute fitness classes are inspired by conditioning elements of Rhythmic Gymnastics, Pilates, Russian Ballet, Dance and Yoga to sculp your entire body like a dancer with long slender lines, a strong core and healthy flexibility.

The class concept is to create a positive, fun, community base training environment to encourage greater participation, motivation, good habits, and social interaction to get into great shape and develop new friendships.

Fitness Class Schedule

Ballet Barre

Our 60-minute Ballet Barr class is inspired by our Vaganova Ballet training system. A full-body workout focusing on muscle lengthening, toning, and stretching.  This is a great class to help achieve the ideal ballerina body by strengthening and toning your muscles, while helping with coordination and overall body movement. Through high repetition and low impact, see your body transform as you burn your muscles into shape in this ballet inspired total body workout.

Belly Dance Cardio Intensive

Want to get in Shape? Gain Confidence, Muscle Toning, Coordination, Rhythm and Weight Loss!!! Urban Fusion Belly Dance Intensive is where traditional Belly Dance styles (Egyptian/Arabic and more) meets Urban Dance styles and combines elements of (Hip/hop, African, and Dancehall/Reggae and more) style dances. Get a great Cardio Workout and Relief Stress at this fun, high pace 60-minute class. You will also get a chance to meet amazing new friends.

Breathing & Meditation

This 60-minute class is to focus on having a healthy mindset. This is a vital class that helps with physical and mental health. While also being reported to be good for your lungs, posture, oxygen intake, and blood pressure.

Jump Rope Fitness I, II, III

A 55 minute cardio focused class centered all around jumping rope. Remember jumping rope as a kid? Well now, this is the grown-up version. Get a full body workout while increasing coordination in this three part series. From learning the basics of jumping, focusing on coordination, timing, and cardio to building your way up to a complete full body work out of full jumps, your heart will be pounding to the rhythm of you flying off the floor.

Morning Breath

A morning stretch and strengthening class to get started with your day. Come into this

rejuvenating 55 minute class to center your breath, get a big stretch in, and wake your muscles up with a complete array of cardio, stretching, strengthening, and meditation. Set your intentions and start your day off with big morning breath.

Rhythmic Body

This 60-minute class focuses on toning and lengthening one’s body. This class incorporates rhythmic gymnastics practices and simplifies them step to step.

Raise The Barre

Our take on the traditional barre class. This 60-minute class is designed to give you the full body workout and achieve that ballerina body by strengthening and toning your muscles, while helping with coordination and overall body movement. Through high repetition and low impact, see your body transform as you burn your muscles into shape in this ballet inspired total body workout.

RG Hit Circuit

This complete cardio and strength high intensity interval training class will whip you right into shape. Sweat it out with this 55 minute high intensity strength and cardio rhythmic gymnastics inspired class. With half the class dedicated to resistance training and muscle toning, and the other half focusing on cardio, you will leave this class sore, sweating, and relieved.

Rhythmic Stretch

A stretching class inspired by rhythmic gymnastics, ballet, and contortion. This low impact 55 minute class will increase your mobility and overall flexibility. Learn the basics like the splits or the bridge or continue to tone in your skills and dive deeper into stretching. Whether you’re looking to decrease joint pain, increase sports performance, or to simply develop of sense of mental and physical flexibility, come join us for a big stretch.

Rhythmic Sculpt

A fitness class inspired by the conditioning elements of rhythmic gymnastics and yoga. This 55 minute class elongates, tones, and strengthens the entire body through a series of functional, compound, and isolating muscle exercises. Sculpt your mind and body like a dancer and get ready to tackle your day with your new aligned strength.
