To ensure you’re comfortable and ready to move, please bring the following:
• Comfortable workout attire that allows full range of motion
• Grip socks, ballet slippers, or bare feet (no street shoes in the studio)
• A yoga mat (optional but recommended for floor work)
• A light towel
• A water bottle to stay hydrated
No prior dance experience is required — just come with an open mind and a willingness to move.
