Mommy & Me Class Ages 2.5- 4

Start off on the right way

Our Mommy & Me class is a joyful and developmentally focused experience designed for parents (or guardians) and their toddlers to learn, move, and bond in a supportive, musical environment. Built on proven practices in early childhood movement education, this class offers a wide array of benefits drawn from leading studios and rhythmic gymnastics experts.

What to Expect:

Shared Movement & Emotional Bonding
Mom, Dad, or caregiver actively participate alongside their child, modeling behaviors, offering comfort, and reinforcing engagement—creating both a sense of security and connection.

Core Developmental Skills
Through playful instruction, this class helps children cultivate essential early skills like listening, waiting their turn, lining up, following directions, and understanding sequence—all foundational for successful group learning.

Gross Motor and Rhythm Exploration
Parents and children explore dynamic motor movements—like hopping, balancing, turning—and rhythmic play that nurtures coordination, balance, strength, and creative expression.

Instrumental Props for Creative Play
Our class uses fun, lightweight rhythmic gymnastics equipment—shiny balls, hoops, jump ropes, and ribbon wands—to make movement engaging and visually stimulating, encouraging imaginative play and fine motor exploration.

Music & Imaginative Play
Music fuels every activity! From circle-time songs to movement improvisation, musical cues support rhythm awareness, sequencing, language development, and emotional regulation in young children.

Social Interaction in a Nurturing Group Setting
Even with your presence, your child benefits from being part of a group, learning to observe peers, take turns, and gradually build independence in a caring atmosphere.

Why This Class Works?

Supports Holistic Development
Combining movement, music, social interaction, and caregiver connection, this class nurtures physical, cognitive, and emotional growth—all while being fun and engaging for both parent and child.

Lays a Loving Foundation for Dance and Gymnastics
By introducing fundamental rhythms, body awareness, and apparatus familiarity in a playful setting, this class gently transitions children toward more structured dance or gymnastics classes in the future.

Quality Time for Parent & Child
Shared movement and creative play create meaningful, memorable bonding experiences—building connection, trust, and joy through active participation.
